Still Stunned

I was involved in an accident, I called FIRST TOUCH to inform them. They immediately made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up from the accident scene, They informed me that they have picked up my vehicle and that it was dropped at the panel beaters. Not even a week after my accident I received a quote my route was approved. I had an excellent consultant named Themba Ncube who assisted me very well. I was informed on a regular basis on what the status is an where in the process my vehicle is. The best thing is that I had no inconvenience at all, a rental car was arranged to be dropped off at my work address at no cost. The day my vehicle was finalized for pick up, Themba Immediately terminated the rental car, and the rental was picked up again from my work place. I'm really stunned to know that there are still insurances out there looking after people and there needs, it is not nice to be in an accident aspecialy if it was not your fault. FIRST TOUTCH took care of everything, I did not lift a finger not even to sen a follow up email. I will make sure to tell and recommend FIRST TOUCH to people,I can only smile and appreciate excellent service.Thank you Themba
