Stay away from hollard policies

Hi guys I put through a claim on Wednesday with documents requested from hollard for my cousin who passed away on Sunday evening. They told me feedback or pay out in 24 hours After numerous calls on friday asking for feedback nothing still waiting. Saturday which is tomorrow is my cousin funeral I have to assist the family out of my own pocket. I have been paying my policy for over year. What if I died how was my wife gonna pay for my funeral. Stay away from hollard. I will be cancelling all my policies with them . First thing Monday morning
