Stay away from Hollard

I have been with Zurich for 16 years and took the chance to move to Hollard as advised by my broker. Hollard is slow, expensive and do not know what they are doing. I am so upset that I moved to them. Hollard makes you jump through hoops for tiny value claims, excess is huge (a third of the claim), service is non existent, assessors are awful - never once saw my vehicle but makes me run around Pretoria getting quotes then will not let me use panel-beaters that Zurich let me use for years. So why make me run around wasting my time and the panel-beater's time. I'm furious and disgusted.
