Stay away from Hollard

First of all i think people are tired of reading this line .......... its makes us furious.

Get people who can assist us with our claims.......... not run away from our problems.........

Now my story My wife had a incidence on the 11/10 /2024 at around 16:45 - 17:00 on her way home from work ....it happened on the famous M7 from pinetown to bluff .....were she hit some stoned / bolders that was on the fast lane in-between north park and the Bellville bridge ....however she couldn't stop or avoid because of the amount of trucks traveling these roads ......and in shock she continued driving until the steering became tight that she could not turn anylonger .....stop to the side and informed the broker (choice insurance ) in under 10 minutes a tow truck was there to tow the vehicle away .......

Hollard doesn't buy our story and dont believe us .....they requested access to our tracking company...

Hollard access the car at the panel shop .....done a full inspection....but does not know the the steering doesn't turn (lost its power streering) after me meeting him at the panel shop and informing him that ....

He then went on to say the is not sure if it was not damaged before the accident (how do a female drives a car with out power steering) but can afford a premium for tw0 vehicles and content cover with hollard.

They now dont have trust in they accessor.they now get an expert accessor to now asses the vehicle 30 days later .........which apparently cost a arm and a leg . But also never strip the vehicle and claimed by eyes and not sure what experience that the steering rack was not damaged due to the accident..... its wear and tear ....yes its a 2010 model .But he confirmed the the car it stones/ bolders. Were the insures doubted our story

Hollard i have promoted you guys to my friends and family and 6 of them have policies with you guys because of my referral via choice insurance......watch me now tell them the experience with you guys
