Stay away!

I had a minor accident at the end of January 2025, claim was submitted and approved, they only had to replace the front bumper, front left hand mirror, fender and the window glass with anti-smash and grab tinting. Car went to the panel beaters and came back with all aftermarket parts, original bumper trims and side door trim are coming loose as the original bumper trims does not fit on the aftermarket front bumper, the aftermarket mirror was not functioning properly at all with a awkward mirror reflection which is not acceptable. Hollard gave the panel beaters the instruction to only use aftermarket parts and they do not care about the quality of work and parts on your vehicle. After fighting this through my broker, they only replaced the mirror with an OEM part and now I have take it further to get them to replace the aftermarket front bumper with a OEM bumper so the trims don't fall out of the bumper.... I moved over from Discovery Insurance to Hollard Insurance, BIG MISTAKE.
