SMS OPT OUT doesn't work

<p>Hollard Insurance/Life may send SMSs with the obligatory opt out option but they certianly don't listen or update their lists according to the respondants requirements. For this very issue, I will never request a Hollard Insurance option for any of my insurance requirements, only for the reason that they don't seem to listen/respond. I have tried not once, but a minimum of 6 times to opt out of their SMSs where they try to offer me some insurance plan or another. I even played around with the caps being on vs. off; e.g. STOP, Stop, stop...none of this makes a difference. So why on earth would I insure with a company that cannot even do a simple thing like remove me from their database? They have just alienated me from all their possible insurance products!</p>
