Six weeks to get a cellphone cliam done

On the 09/12/2015, I took my damaged phone to Edgars in River Side Mall Nelspruit<br> I filled all the need documents to claim my phone from my insurance, either to be repaired or replaced.<br> On the 11/12/2015 I went back to check on the process of my claim and then I was informed that the claim would take about 6/weeks to be processed. I was never informed once at any time when I was signing up for my insurance that the turnaround time for a claim would be 6/weeks. Even in the contract documentation there is no information regarding a turnaround time of 6/weeks. The First claim I had for my younger cousin's phone on the same insurance took 4/days to be processed. <br> I cannot stress how much I need my phone for my job and daily tasks, so waiting for 6/weeks is out of the question and if this is the case I would be happy to cancel my contract with Hollard insurance and take up another insurance. The reason why I choose Hollard was because it looked, sounded easy simple and quick. It's just not possible that one claim can be done in 4/days and another takes 6/weeks.<br> And the cherry on top was when I tried to call hollard directly to inquiry about my claim and for a good 7/minutes there was a
