Paid premium at Boulders Branch in Midrand with a guy by the name of Sindisiwe Kubheko who accepted cash knowing very well that no branch is to accept cash, he did not allocate payment to my Policy and decided to resign Matter not solved to date. I have been awaiting feedback to date no one has reverted to me regarding this matter even after my numerous calls and emails. Not impressed as this is a Funeral Policy that I have been paying for quite some time
