Shock of my Life - Parents NOT added on policy

I have joined funeral cover in 2017 November and never receive any document.I never worry about about documents because I thought Hollard has reputable name.

Yesterday 10 April 2018 I wanted to add my mother in-law and new Life cover. I requested my funeral cover documents and to my surprise my mother and father are NOT covered. How?? I have provided their date of birth?

Waiting period should have lapse by now? I have to start over? What do I do??
