I am the daughter of the policyholder and owner of the vehicle, Miss Mahlaba,.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in a few days ago to try and sort out the payment arrangements on Her policy, and I was surprised to</p> <p>here that the policy had been cancelled and a new policy should be drawn up.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I did not have a problem with that because we had missed the premium, so I understood.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Now my issue is with paying the admin fee/ commencement fee again, whereas we paid it already when</p> <p>we initially joined Hollard just a few months ago.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The consultant I spoke to said they are not able to waive it, which I</p> <p>found to be disappointing.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We are going through a financial difficulty at the moment, that is why we have temporarily removed the</p> <p>Home contents and the Nissan Hardbody.</p>
