False advertising/insurance policy sold over the phone<br> Someone called me on 18 October 2014 where a salesperson sold me a extended motor vehicle policy. He said that it cover everything with regards to mechanical breakdown. In February my clutch was faulty and Kia gave me a quote - I then registered the claim with motoextender (underwritten by Hollard) and they said the amount was approved but only for R1000 less R500 excess? I requested a copy of the voice recording where it confirmed that no amounts where mentioned. I specifically asked if the fly wheel and clutch were covered and he answered yes?? No-one has come back to me. I have the copy of the voice recording
