Sewage macerator Pump

I had a sewage macerator pack up at my granny flat and needed it urgently sorted out as there was raw sewage flowing into my yard. The plumbers replaced the sewage pump and i got hold of my home owners insurance as this surely should be covered. <br> <br> This is the response I received from Hollard. They are refusing to pay out under a sewage pipe clause.
