Running Away from Claim

<p>I have submitted a small claim more than a week ago, with the proof of the service invoice. I just got a reply that someone will contact me soon....but now after a week, I am still waiting for a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I showed interest in the Motor Xtender policy, I received a phone call from a sales person within a few minutes. Then a few more calls just to close the deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I need to claim - No one calls!</p> <p>Terrible service!</p> <p> </p>
