I had a house hold cover together with my cell phone, i lost my phone while i was doing shopping, it was in my car not visible , i was told by securities that my car has been jammed, when i claim at Hollard was told no force of entry therefore they won't entertain my claim but my wording doesn't say that, they even sent me email with the wording that doesn't correspond with my wording
