Rude sales consultant

I have two policies with Hollard insurance one for my grandmother which I pay R294 and mine which I pay R266 if the debit order is unsuccessful I normally go and directly at the Branch but yesterday I was told the I ow two months and the lady that was suppose to help me her name Dineo Majoro was very rude because she didn't wanna hear my side of the story she kept telking me that i ow two months i dont understand how can i ow Feb when it just started even after I suggested she call the head office. So I need someone from the head office to call me because I want to find out if my policies are up to date, I don't want when its time to claim then they tell that I ow them like stupid said yesterday
