Retrechment Claim not paid because I am a contractor but money was taken from a contractor for 3 years and still a contractor

The Hollard company is still Ignoring me I have paid Hollard 560 rands for three years which the company was withdrawn as a debit order from my bank account for the retrenchment policy which will cover my car when I loose employment it happened in January 2018 and my car was not paid they told me that I am a contractor, the policy is only for permanent people. and when I took a policy I was a contractor and the policy was given to me at the point of sales at Toyota Rivonia I was not told that the policy is for permanent workers only, I was not going to take that policy had I been told because it was not going to benefit me even today I am battling to bring my car installment to date for that month when I complain at Hollard they go and close my policy without my consent because February month I got employment and they went again and take the money of the contractor bank account why are they doing that the only give policies to permanent employee only? . I need to know how can I recover my money I have paid for 3 years hoping that will help me in time of need . the guy buy the name of Lynne Lawrence. from hollard deleted my first complain from hello peter because he is saying that my issue is with ombardsment which the also not helping Nobody wants to see me at Hollard I have requested to meet with them at Hollard offices since January this year please help me recover my money
