Renewal - No response
No response having sent numerous emails regarding policy renewal.
Why are there broker fees on my policy when I dont have a broker and they tell me they are not involved with my policy. Again, no response from Hollard.
I have received better quotes (within 24 hours) than you have offered so it appears you dont want our business (even though we have not claimed) and are happy for existing clients to move.
