Rejected watercraft Insurance claim

I had watercraft insurance with hollard via a broker,Mcrystal Brokers.My tubes were ****** off my boat whilst on holiday.Put a claim in as the items were specified items. Claim was rejected on the basis that there was not forced entry.Its not rocket science that one does not need to force entry onto a boat as it has no lockable doors ,you can walk onto a boat and ***** what you want,as they do in our country.Being paying premiums for almost 4 years with no claims,and this lousy claim of R11-000 get rejected,come on Hollard you a disgrace.Glad i moved my business away from them...
