Refusing to pay my Claim

My car overheated while driving on N14, I was towed to McCathy. My car is fixed as per service provider. I took the policy to assist me and my policy states that it covers overheating. Hollard Motor Extender instead they tell me that they do not pay for the parts that caused overheating. My car is still with service provider.
