Refusing to approve scratches on fixing the bumper of my vehicle

I will never use nor do any future business with Hollard, your company robs people of their hard earned money monthly and when it’s time to deliver on claims your ***** company does not approve now my car has different body colour because of your ***** ways of not approving even minor scratches. I hate your company. Im even ready to take you to the competition commission. You think we are donating our premiums to your company for nothing. I wish you can pay me all my premiums that I have paid you
