Refund
I cancelled my motor vehicle policy with Hollard. They however took the money off my bank account. Hollard have confirmed the money will be paid back in about 14 days! Nice way to make money. In trying and difficult they should refund the money immediately with bank charges and interest but no it can take up to 14 days is the answer. Wonder how people they do this to?
