Recovery from the 3rd party for the access money

On the 16th September 2014 I had an accident where the responsible party for the accident was the third party. The same day I reported the incident and even got a claim reference number:842589,I also submitted the accident report number as per request.On the 27th October 2014 I asked Nkululeko Mayaba( claims validator) for a contact person with regards to the claim against the third party(for access) as Nkululeko was the one helping me with my claim from the onset.He then provided me with the following number which he said was their legal recovery department:***.I then called that number only to be told that they'll start working on the claim once they receive the file from Nkululeko Mayaba.In February 2015 I called the legal recovery department again as I have'nt heard from them on the progress and it has been a while.Only to my surprise to be informed that legal is still waiting for my file from Nkululeko Mayaba.When Nkululeko is asked what is happening with the file,his response was that the police station was not willing to give him information on the accident report.So I asked to be put through to complains department and was refused the opportunity.Till today no respon
