Reaction time after my accident was great and fast by AON/Hollard. My accident happened on a Sunday evening. AON/Hollard was very helpful organising a breakdown just after the accident happened. The Monday I received a call from Brolink, to register and process the claim. The ladies, Elize and Tania was very helpful and friendly to process the claim. An assessor was was appointed and he approved the claim by the Tuesday. The assessors from here on took his time for a week to let the breakdown service and panel beaters know that my vehicle had to be fixed by the panel beaters. Besides that the assessor took his time, I can recommend AON/Hollard insurance.
