Quoted price not provided as per telephonically discussed

Dear Hollard Insurance, I completed your online request to contact me on the 22nd or 23rd of June 2019. I was contacted on Monday the 24th of June 2019. I was given a quote of R1100+- for one of my vehicles. I then contacted the representative from Hollard again with regards to the value of my vehicle. I was eager to even move my complete profile to Hollard. I made contact on numerous occasions via email but no response. Today I contacted Hollard Insurance spoken to a different individual who then gave me a quote of R3900+- now. Now I know why the individual ignored me however is the quote not valid for 30 days. If Hollard Insurance can perform the way, they have at quotation stage what will happen if a customer claim? In todays competitive market I can’t believe service like mentioned above still exist however it does at Hollard Insurance. Regards, FJ du Preez
