Pushed from pillar to post

<p>I have a cellphone insurance with Truworths which is under written by Hollard. I have been trying to change my banking details from July already with no luck. I cancelled my account with Truworths last year and whenever i go to them they tell me they cannot help me, i called Hollard customer services and was told that they also cannot help me. I went to Hollard in Mega City Umlazi and they lady who helped me was *********** and also said she cannot pick up my detials on her system. I have called Trulife who also did not help me, im afraid i will have issues when its time to claim since my account debit order was unsuccessful last month and i still cannot get anyone to help me change my banking details.</p>
