Poor workmanship from contractor

Contractors responsible for the wall repairs messed up my walls. I have rough texture walls and they peeled paint off and in some places they left the paint. It looks like patchwork. Contractor wasn't happy with the result and claimed he called Hollard and an assessor was gonna come and we take it from there. Its been 3 weeks and nothing has happened. This contractor didnt paint so well, there are places not painted fully and some places you can see only 1 coat was done because you can see old paint underneath. My walls look botched and have multiple textures and this has an impact on the value of my house. In my previous complaint i havent heard from Kylene why we were charged excess twice for a single event, Claim number 919643. Hollard doesn't come to the party. So much for \Dont worry be Hollard\". This is beyond shocking that specialists in building repairs can leave my house in a worse off condition. Please get this resolved. I am going to send photos as well."
