Poor service that might have result in bad incident

I have experienced poor service regarding my claim, it is almost 3weeks even now is not resolved my car is standing due to a tire/tyre that is unroadworthy. I had to call a taxi to assist me during the night, my pregnant wife was feeling pains this brought to my attention that i made a bad choice i should partway with this service, it nearly cost me pain that i was not going to endure in my life
