Poor service- Hollard insurance, CHC claims

I had the worst experience with this insurance. Its been over a month and my car was only sent to the panelbeaters a few weeks days back. My car hire has passed the 30 days and I’m told they can only give me 30 days but why take so long to send the car for repairs. My car was at first help for a month. The worat part is that i need a car for work and being told by your insurance that there’s nothing they can do is really frustrating. I am cancelling this insurance and wouldn’t advise anyone to sign up to it.
