Poor service from Hollard.HOL

I am a year with Hollard and did a claim on my fridge and dishwasher due to a power surge. It was alot of paperwork to complete and only my fridge was paid out. They said i cancelled the claim on my dishwasher and the process need to start over again. They send a technician to check the dishwasher who confirmed that motor burned. They refered it to their management and that is where it ends. I am still waiting for a answer as my agent don't came back to me. The client service is very poor.
