POOR SERVICE FROM HOLLARD LEGAL

I have had a legal Hollard Policy in my name since June 2019 and pay a monthly premium of R150 towards cover for legal matters, however when I requested their help on the night of the 13 October 2020, I was told that I must go to the Police Station and lay ******** charges, when the same Sandton Police Station memebers used butal, demonic, force at my premises causing damage to property and also causing injury. The service I received was extremely poor despite paying premiums for more than a year. All I require is a FULL REFUND of my premiums PAID TO DATE. I have now CANCELLED the poliy in question.
