Poor service from Hollard!

Hollard motor Xtender provides the worst service ever! I've been calling their call centre for almost 2 weeks to register a claim. No one comes back to you. Hold for over 30 minutes, taken to their messaging centre and still, not a single call returned. I have no car at the moment and live far from work. It's such an inconvenience. I regret taking out a policy with them!
