Poor service

Have an extended car warranty with them and their service is appalling, took them weeks for them to respond to my claim, you literally can’t get hold of anyone - ‘they’ve left early today, she’s gone out for lunch, she’ll be back tomorrow, she didn’t report to work today’ etc. no customer care whatsoever, stay away!!
