Poor service

I have a car insurance with Hollard under Uhuru brokers for years now without any claim. On 26 February 2020 I had an accident then I reported to them on 27 February 2020 because I was admitted. Then they sent a towing truck to take my car. On 28 February they sent me a claim form, I completed and sent it back same day. After that I have been doing follow-ups they said they are waiting for Assessor till monday the 9th of March they comfirmed to receive the report from Assessor. On tuesday they said my car is written off I have to send certain documents to proceed with that. I said am not happy with that because the car only have damage on bumper which cant cost more than hundred thousand, I recommended to do my own quotations and send to them bt they said according to their assessor the car is written off and they can't change that. On wednesday 11March 2020 they sent me a letter saying my policy has been cancelled as at 27 February 2020 as of my request. I responded asking them who did I spoke regarding my cancellation and when, then I received a phone call says that how they write to their Client if the car is written off. So this very frustrating so please bring my car back because you are not trustworthy.
