Poor service by Cellc insurance

Hi I have device insurance with Cell C insurance accompanied by hollard. My device has been ******. My insurance claim has been approved and I've paid my excess fee last week monday. I already chose my phone .. the insurance company promised me 5 to 7 working days to deliver my new device. I called yesterday and they said that they are sorry about my device not getting delivered and they will deliver by next week Wednesday. That is nonsense who delivers on christmas day?. This is poor service. I have no phone. I'm still waiting for my device. Please I need my device by next monday! ID number: ***0****1
