Poor service and ***********

I took insurance with hollard via the game cellphone division in December now 2months down the line my fone fell, when I called to claim.. Im told i dnt hve insurance with them, sent proof tht the insurance was registered but now im given run arounds no one is available to help with query iv been passed around almost the whole day. Customer service is on 0 here.
