POOR RESPONSE FROM HOLLARD CREDIT LIFE

On the 18th September 2018, i submitted documents via email to Hollards Credit Life, every week day since then I have forwarded the same email , requesting a response, I have been on the phone for almost 40 minutes at a time and have received no response from them at all. This has become very frustrating indeed.
