Poor motor xtended warranties sold

I've been paying for Extended motor warranty for two years with no claim for mechanical failure. Two months ago I had to replace air-condition pump and submitted a claim. They responded I'm enriching myself as I have other insurances that also cover mechanical warranty. Why did they signed me up and take all my premiums if they knew I had other cover, now they don't want to pay the claim and also don't want to pay back my premiums. They quick to sign up and cancel your policies, but their service is ridiculous and un professional. Consumers must be aware of these actions of the poor product they selling. when its time to pay its all kind of excuses not to fix the car, and want you to pay for it out of your pocket. They will not inform you if you have other insurances elsewhere, as long as they can sign you up they happy. They cant keep consumers happy
