Poor customer service. Very poor.

I have a cellphone insurance with Hollard-Edcon. I made a claim on the 24th of February for a ****** phone am still waiting for a phone even today. Their customer service help line is useless they just put me on hold but never assist me with anything. Which none existent phone am I paying for now?????
