Poor claim processing

I was involved in an accident on 14th of July and my claim was registered on the 16th of July with Hollard. Hollard towing services towed my car as the steering wheel was broken and couldn't drive the car. Claim was approved on the 19th of July and i was told that the vehicle would be completed in 15 days. The Panelbeater chosen by Hollard contacted me on the 25th of July informing me that there was nothing he could do with my car as the steering wheel was broken. He said he would contact the agent and get the car towed there. The next day Saliem from Re-New-It contacted me again informing me that he has tried everything, my steering wheel had a problem and I told him that I was aware of that and he needs to contact the insurance. The vehicle was towed away because the steering wheel was broken. The Panelbeater kept my vehicle on their premises until I contacted the assessors on the 31 complaining that I mentioned on my claim that the steering wheel had a problem however the Panelbeater only attended to the cosmetic damage instead of the mechanical damage. The vehicle was then towed to the agent on the 1st of August, a diagnosis was done and send to the panelbeater/assessor. I got relieved and thought finally something will happen, On the 6th of august when I contacted the panelbeater to get progress on the repairs, I was told that the assessors signed off the additional work however the agent was not given the go-ahead to start with the repairs. Again I had to send emails and complain as I was using a leased vehicle and 15 days as prior arrangements had depleted. The authorization was send on the 7th and I informed the insurance that I could not continue financing the leased vehicle as the delay was on their side. On the 16th of of August Hussain Neby arranged for a car hire for 7 days even though he was fully informed that there will be 21 or more days delay on the rapair! He refused to arrange for additional days and send numerous apology emails which I feel wont assist as I need a vehicle to go to and from work. I have had conference calls between Hollard and the panelbeater where they were blaming each other for the delay and none of them would come to an agreement regarding the courtesy vehicle!

I have found Hollard and their chosen Panelbeater extremely unproffessional! I am panicking as the vehicle is brand new and I am worried if i will get in the same position as it was when purchased 7 months ago!

There is no sense of accountability between Hollard and the Panelbeater!
