Poor, bad, terrible, no, abhorrent service!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! After numerous e-mails notifying Hollard my change of banking details, and receiving no response whatsoever, I eventually go hold of someone in the "customer service" department, after being transferred from one person to the next, then only to find out that my policy has lapsed, because again someone did not do their work. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company, they are the epitome of *********** ineptness!!!
