POLICY SOLD AND COMPANY HAS NO ETA ON STOCK

I bought a brand new Suzuki Swift which comes with 14 inch Goodyear Duraplus tyres. I unfortunately had a bad puncture and the tyre was irreparable. I contacted tiger wheel and tyre and they informed me that there's no stock nationwide or production of the tyre. I got back to CMH (Umhlanga) where I purchased the car and the tyre policy and was told to speak to a lady Connie Rae from Hollard. Connie called my husband and told him that the onus is up to us to find a tyre, buy it and they will reimburse us. She was not willing to assist us. This is bad customer attitude and why would I have taken a policy if I have to do all the running around. My hubby and I, out of our expense, made numerous calls and was told the same thing. Tyre unavailable - no eta on production. So why did CMH Umhlanga sell me a car where the tyre is not in production. I' m now running around with the spare tyre and am getting no satisfaction. CMH should change my tyre at no extra cost to me to a common brand make. Long term if CMH sell 10 Swifts with this tyre and if 5 customers come back with irreparable tyres **** what are they going to do. They better change the tyres of this vehicle soon.
