POLICY PAYS OUT NOT EVEN HALF OF CLAIM

My cars clutch plate needed to be repaired...........Bosch Paarden Eiland submit the invoice to Hollard for R9500.00 inc VAT. They are told that Hollard take 72hrs to approve a claim, the meantime i'm using Uber ect and totalling quite a cost. Hollard come back today saying my claim is approved for the amount of R1000.00 incl VAT. Why did they even bother? I still have to foot the bill for R8500.00. They wasted my time and money by delaying the process. I am furious, i pay this policy religiously every month and they are only willing to assist with R1000.00 when in fact the benefit on my clutch plate is R3000.00 how does this make sense.??????This policy and Insurance Company are a total rip and i will definitely be cancelling ASAP.
