Policy not paid

<p>Hi</p> <p>I took out a personal account with edgars and last year i got entrenched.. I had to take out insurance with them which is understandable and was underwritten by Hollard.</p> <p>So I expected the insurance to pay but the didn't pay ..I went to the edgars branch's and was put on the phone numerous times... and since last year didnt pay.</p> <p><br />The agents tell me different story every time....and still no help.</p> <p>I am really unhappy and want my claim paid or refund all my money...will be taking the matter to the media and Ombudsman</p> <p> </p> <p>And funny enough my Woolworths account was paid by the same Hollard </p>
