Policy Cancelled Itself

<p>I recieved a letter in the mail over the weekend stating that my request to cancel my policy has been approved and my policy has been cancelled with immediate effect which shocked me because i dont remember requesting this. So i decided to call the call centre to find out whats going on, i went through the prompts as i am a current client and had a query on my excisting policy. After holding for about 5 minutes the lady that answered my call said she needed to put me through to another department which she did. I held on the line for another 5 minutes and then the call cut. I was asking myself why am i making such a huge effort to keep my policy with them when clearly they dont care, maybe i should just cancel the policy and take my business elsewhere.</p>
