Policies without paperwork but quick to deduct!
I have a account with Direct Axis, a week after opening it they contact me to get more products from them. Some of it sounded like good products and I agreed to take 3 of the policies.
One month later, due unforeseen circumstance, I could not continue with the payments they deduct from my account and sent Direct Axis a email to their customer care to cancel my account. I received a auto response from them that a consultant will follow up.
Until now I have not received any paperwork, policy documentation or contact details to follow up on this.
Today I phoned Dirext Axis and they informed me it is Hollard that sold the policies to me. And they gave me the number. I phoned and explained that I tried to cancel more than a month ago but they still deduct the amount this month. The agent that took my call informed me, sorry you should have canceled this within 30 days and you will not be refunded. How on earth do I contact them directly with NO PAPERWORK, CONTACT DETAILS or POLICY NUMBERS? Easy to take your money but reluctant with service.
