PLEASE DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM HOLLARD!!!

We have been trying to get a letter of demand out of Hollard legal for a week now and I am starting to lose it. Why do we pay for the service and now that we need it, it's simply not available and the bucks keeps being passed from one person to the next. I feel like suing them fro my money back for the past 2 years.
