Phone claim for over 5months naw waiting for my phone

I am paying them for the phone insurance ,I have over 5 months naw waiting for them.to bring a phone I seeded them everything but still they dont call me to do the follow up,and the phone I lost is a contract phone so I am paying for nothing at this moment ,please help me to get my phone from Hollard insurance
