payout schemes & poor service

Approved claim *** I will be contacted in 24 hours. This was 21/11/19.

Since then I have send mail to there claims department (easyclaims) more than 6 times with reference information just asking for any feedback as there was none.

I contacted my assessor still no feedback, he gave me contact number ***, here they could not help me after phoning in 2 times, i was informed that they will arrange for me to be contacted.

This is the worst service ever from this company & full of schemes for lower pay outs.

I know customer service is a tough, as I am also in customer service business but this was as poor as it gets.

If anyone has contacted me, I would not have got to hellopeter just for service. Please HHHHEEELLLPP
