Paying for Nothing

I took out this policy over five years ago and when i recieved my policy documents it had lifestyle benefits that are free if you have this policy including legal assistance which is the service i desparately needed to access but when i called the call centre (ref no:***) no one knows anything about this benefits which i find strange and annoying! If they sent me documents and now dont even know what is the contents of those docs,why sell me the product and pay for years for something i will never get assistance from. I now want them to rather terminate my policy with full refund on all my premiums paid over five years if they can not assist me and that money can assist me in getting proper and legit legal help. Its really disgusting to have to make sure i pay my premiums without fail monthly only to get nothing out of it.....!!!!! <br>
