Pathetically hopelessly poor service

I logged a claim on the 27 Nov 2018 and it was authorized on the 09 Jan 2019. thats the begining.

below is my description which is clear i was driving behind a truck Saturday, and it was carrying concrate and some stones fell off and hit my bonnet and wind screen, i dont see any damages to the windscreen, i tried to overtake the truck and went into some pot holes it damaged the R/F tyre which now has a bubble, and the R/R tyre that now has a slow puncture, and the Front bumper the bottom cover got ********** this happened on Schonland Dr, Ferrobank, Emalahlen

there is proof for them to follow up where this happened yet they come back to tell me that the damages are not covered by a policy wording that has nothing to do with what i am claiming for. I did not claim for them to refurbish my car, all i claim was the pot whole and stones that fell of the truck. when taking my policy i was skeptic and i was right to feel this way. This kind of service is worse than standing in line at a government institution , this is by far the worse money spent ever.
